However, the beauty of CrossFit is that every exercise is scalable to your fitness level…instead of deadlifting 400 pounds, you may be asked to squat down and pick up a 10 pound bag of potatoes. You will NEVER be asked to do something that will jeopardize your safety. Instead, you will be asked to use different muscles in your body to perfect your form and build your strength and fitness, ultimately leading to a rewarding workout and a healthier lifestyle.

Like you, many of our current clients were scared to try CrossFit. They browsed the website and saw videos that intimidated them. They would wait weeks or months to finally try a class only to be hooked instantaneously. The results that you will see in a short period of time are unparalleled in the fitness world.
